Trust exercises?

Something like games, catching people as they fall backwards or directing them around blind-folded. I've heard they can be very beneficial to increasing the efficiency of an organization.

That sounds—well. I suppose it could not hurt. Unless everyone is dropped on their heads and walked into the harbor.

Perhaps we do it in a contained space to prevent dunkings. I should think that's the only safety measure we'd need.

That and supervision. But it could be fun. If it does not make anyone truly trust each other, it might at least help us identify who cannot even bother to pretend.

I propose we try to arrange for it in that hall where you trapped everyone into dancing and using silverware.

Coucy Hall, [ he's going to make fetch happen just you wait, ] where I tried to make sure everyone knew how to tread water and noted down the strong swimmers for later, yes. Sounds perfect.

The goals of this are much the same.
